Leadership at JCFW

Each local church should recognize and affirm the divine calling of spiritually qualified men to give leadership to the church through the role of elder in the ministry of the Word and prayer. Elders are also to function as shepherds carefully and lovingly watching over the souls in their care as one who will have to give an account (Ephesians 4:11-12; 1 Timothy 5:17; Acts 14:23; Titus 1:5).
